Gary has over three decades experience as a Chief Operating Officer (Daimler Chrysler), compliance officer, corporate development director, and in other senior financial and operational management positions. He has successfully led new venture development projects in China, Japan, Pakistan, India, Morocco, the Caribbean, and the United States. Gary specializes in financial management & analysis, strategic planning, project funding, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and contract negotiations. Gary received his MBA from Brigham Young University.
Sherif Fakhry Younes

Sherif has over 30 years experience in multiple market sectors, including financial control, anti-money laundering & risk management; corporate & government compliance; fraud prevention & detection; and implementation & augmentation of strategic government reforms, policies, procedures & capabilities. As a certified lawyer in Egypt and an approved arbitrator in both the United Arab of Emirates & Egypt, Sherif has provided extensive legal advisory & representation services to governments, corporations & individuals alike.
The first ten years of Sherif’s career were with the Egyptian government, followed by another 15 years in the United Arab Emirates with the Dubai Government, where, among other callings, Sherif was Director of Audit & Risk Management for H.H. The Rulers Court- Dubai Government.
Sherif continues as an active select advisor for the Royal Families of both Dubai and Abu Dhabi and is also officially at the service of Morocco’s Royal Family. Additionally, Sherif remains to this day an expert witness in the Dubai Courts for public prosecution.
Sherif is a director with Arambys Corp U.S.A, and was one of the founding Directors of Egyptian-Emirates Tourism Corporation and the Egypt-Bahrain Corporation for Tourism Development which included members of Bahraini Royal Family.
Sherif is also an authorized trainer and speaker for the Association of Certified Fraud Examiner (ACFE U.S.A.) in the United States, Dubai, Qatar, and in other jurisdictions. Sherif earned both his post-graduate Degree in Economics & his Law Degree from Cairo University, Egypt.
